A phone system places the call. A calling-focused CRM keeps the prospect context and follow-through organized. PeakProspects CRM connects those parts of your sales day without separating the conversation from the contact record.
Import contacts from CSV, organize them by company or campaign, and open the calling card with saved details, notes and your active script.
Record outcomes such as No answer, Follow up or Meeting booked. Review contact activity and keep do-not-contact records out of eligible calling queues.
Create dated follow-up tasks, schedule meetings and review saved activity in reports. Team members work within the permissions set for their workspace.
Calling integrations include Twilio, Dialpad, JustCall, Aircall and Zoom Phone. CloudTalk supports call-history imports. A provider account, valid credentials and any required provider approvals are separate from your CRM subscription; available calling controls depend on that connection.
Saved recordings can be transcribed and analyzed for summaries and coaching. Twilio recording requires the configured announcement and affirmative consent. Recording availability depends on your setup and the call; AI guidance is not a guarantee of sales results.
Before choosing cold calling software, check your phone-provider compatibility, employee access, contact-import workflow and follow-up reporting. You remain responsible for applicable calling rules, recording consent and provider requirements.
